Collaborative
Constructive

worthiness. If it doesn't feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive".
- Brene Brown
Curious
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change".- Carl Rogers
Welcome
Welcome to Andrew & Ross Counselling, the counselling practice of Catharine Andrew and Lindsay Ross. To people who have met Catharine and Lindsay before, we say hello again. To those who are new to us, we welcome you to our website. Browse around as a way to get to know us.
Catharine has been in private practice since 1994 and surprisingly has never had a website before. This in itself, is a very exciting adventure and it is also exciting to collaborate with her daughter Lindsay Ross to launch our new business name and website.
Our Services
We hold a combined 50 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, youth, and children. We have specialized training in working with those who have experienced PTSD, trauma, loss, and abuse.
We work with those of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, conflict & relationship difficulties. We work with families experiencing separation & divorce.
We also provide support to parents and children to encourage positive day to day interactions & improved parent/child relationships. We have a social justice lens and support those who have experienced injustices, discrimination or racism based on their race, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation.
Catharine and Lindsay provide services under the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and work with Indigenous peoples under the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA).
Please contact us by email or phone. Any contact with us is completely confidential. No information is shared with any other source without your explicit written consent.
